We like to encourage our customers to try out any equipment they are thinking of purchasing in order to experience the quality and performance of the products in which interested in. This also gives you the chance to decide what equipment is most suitable for your purpose.

Target Catering Equipment's demonstration kitchen is a purpose built, fully fitted commercial kitchen, located at our premises in Gloucester.

With a wide range of kitchen equipment from a gas fired, rotating deck wood oven to energy efficient ihob induction hob units, and induction ready pans along with quality stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment which is manufactured at our premises.

Along with bread and pizza making demonstrations using the rotating deck italian wood pizza oven installed in the kitchen, the demonstration kitchen is also home for Rational SelfCooking Center® demonstrations by Mike Williams one of Rational's Masterchefs.

We are also able to provide a training facility for all the equipment which we supply.
